I drove that road all times of the day and night when I worked in W Ashley from and to Summervile on my Harley and in my truck. there are no shoulders. the speed limit should be such that if a vehicle runs off the edge it can recover. I had a rear tire blow out on my bike and was very lucky to not lose control. I had to ride a long way on a flat tire to find a place to pull over as no room on the edge. Very sorry that happened my condolences to all involved.
