AIKEN CO, SC- On Tuesday June 18 the Center Fire Department was dispatched to a tractor trailer rollover with injuries on| I-20 ita of mm 18. Upon arrival of the Center Fire Department they found a tanker truck overturned with one patient to be transport by Aiken County EMS in unknown condition. Command requested DHEC to the scene for an active leak. There was only one vehicle involved. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.

Summerville, SC- On Monday June 17, 2013 the Pine Ridge Fire Department and Berkeley County EMS were dispatched to the area of 2139 N. Main Street for a motor vehicle accident- Upon arrival of Company 2 the call was upgraded to a MVA w/ entrapment. One person was reported trapped and a second medic unit was requested to the scene.  2 patients were transported from the scene- Units on scene- Pine Ridge Fire Department- Berkeley County EMS- City of Goose Creek- M-9 and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

WELLFORD, SC – As SConFire.com reported this morning. A three alarm commercial  building fire occurred at Leigh Fibers on 1101 Syphrit Rd in Wellford. The call came in around 11:45 p.m Monday night. The fire was contained to one section of the building approximately 100 x 75.   Units on scene- Duncan Fire Department, Startex Fire Department, Tyger River Fire Department and the North Spartanburg Fire Department and several transfers for coverage. The fire remains under investigation.

North Charleston, SC- North Charleston Fire Department responded to I-26 ITA of Exit 211 for a reported trailer fire. E203 arrived on scene to find a trailer that had become unhitched causing a chain reaction accident involving one other vehicle to overturn and catch fire. Injuries were reported but are believed to be minor. A total of 3 vehicles were reportedly involved according to ABCNews4. Charleston, SC- The 6th Remembrance Ceremony for the Charleston 9 will be held Tuesday at the former Sofa Super Store site at 1807 Savannah Highway.The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. and will include a lineup of department personnel, the reading of the nine names, and ringing of the bell.  Bagpipes will follow.The community is invited to join the department and family members to reflect on the tragic loss of June 18th, 2007. Parking at the site will be limited during the ceremony. Visitors are encouraged to utilize various off-site parking in the immediate area.Charleston fire personnel will initiate a watch at the flagpole of the memorial site starting at midnight and continuing for the 24 hours of June 18. Members of of the community are welcome to visit the site throughout the vigil.The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation recently released a video entitled “Charleston 9: The Ultimate Sacrifice”. The documentary focused on the recovery of the Charleston Fire Department after the Sofa Super Store incident. Florence Co. SC- One person was killed in a two vehicle MVA on Saturday night at approximately 11:00 pm June 15, 2013 on East Palmetto Street and McCurdy Road in Florence. SCHP MAIT Team and the Florence County Coroner is investigating.
